Abstract: BORROWERS REQUESTS FOR CHANGES IN LOAN TERMS, ETC., MUST BE JUSTIFIED. THIS REQUIREMENT ESTABLISHES A FAIRLY STANDARD BASIS FOR JUSTIFICATION SO THAT RELATIVELY UNIFORM TREATMENT OF CITIZENS RESULTS. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ARE REQUIRED OF BUSINESS BORROWERS AS A PRUDENT CONTROL MEASURE.
