Abstract: 21 CFR 7.70-7.75 IMPLEMENT THE INFANT FORMULA ACT OF 1980. THE SUBJECT REGULATIONS ESTABLISH CERTAIN REPORTING PROCEDURES AND OPERATING PROTOCOL NECESSARY TO PERFORM AN EFFECTIVE RECALL. RESPONDENTS WILL BE THOSE INFANT FORMULA MANUFACTURERS THAT DECIDE TO INITIATE A RECALL OF THEIR INFANT FORMULA PRODUCTS.
