collection is approved for use through August 1988. The Bureau of
Reclamation should review the instructions to see if a reduction in
burden can be achieved through simplification of the general
instructions and individual forms' instructions. A letter with more
detailed suggestions will follow. As agreed upon in the previous
terms of clearance, the Bureau of Reclamation will review the uses
for which the information is collected to determine if all the
information aids in enforcing the RRA. Particular attention should
be given to verification of landholdings and enforcement of
full-cost payments forms.
