THE LIST MUST CONTAIN THE TRADE NAME AND INGREDIENTS WHICH ENTERED INTO THE MANUFACTURE OF THE ARTICLES SHOWING QUANTITY OF INGREDIENTS OR MATERIALS THAT MAY BE DUTIABLE OR TAXABLE.
