Abstract: THE PROPRIETOR OF A BONDED MANUFACTURING WAREHOUSE MUST FURNISH THE DISTRICT DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMS A LIST OF ALL ARTICLES INTENDED TO BE MANUFACTURED THEREIN. THE LIST MUST CONTAIN THE TRADE NAME AND INGREDIENTS WHICH ENTERED INTO THE MANUFACTURE OF THE ARTICLES SHOWING QUANTITY OF INGREDIENTS OR MATERIALS THAT MAY BE DUTIABLE OR TAXABLE.
