In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, OMB No: 0583-0015 is approved with the exception of included form FSIS-7010-1. The Department of Agriculture has failed to demonstrate that the collection of information in this detail is necessary for the proper performance of the Agency's functions, nor that the information obtained has "practical utility" to the agency. If the agency chooses to resubmit form FSIS-7010-1 for OMB approval the resubmission shall include the following: 1) a justification by line item of the practical utility of questions on form form 7010-1 2) what steps have been taken to eliminate duplicate questions on forms 7010-1 with the Census of Manufactures meat products section 3) demonstrate the accuracy of reporting and resulting data of form 7010-1. General terms of clearance for OMB No: 0583-0015 are the following: 1)The expiration date must appear with the OMB control number in the upper right-hand corner of the forms 2) with the next submission the agency will indicate what steps have been taken to eliminate duplicate questions of form 5200-2 and the Packens and Stockyards form 125 (OMB No: 0590-0001), and what steps have been taken to consult with interested agencies and members of the public in order to minimize the burden of this collection of information.
