Terms of Clearance: APPROVED WITH THE CONDITION THAT THE PROGRAM DECREASE CREDIT OF 70,000 HOURS DUE TO THE ELIMINATION OF SCHEDULE J WILL NOT BE CREDITED UNTIL THE SECOND QUARTER OF FY 1988, WHEN IT TAKES EFFECT. AT THAT TIME, THE OCC SHOULD SUBMIT AN INVENTORY CORRECTION WORKSHEET TO CORRECT THE BURDEN ESTIMATE, ALONG WITH A COPY OF THIS NOTICE, AND FINAL PRINTED VERSION OF THE RC, TO RECEIVE PROGRAM CHANGE BURDEN DECREASE CREDIT. THIS CONDITION IS BEING CONTINUED FROM THE PREVIOUS CLEARANCE REQUEST AS IT HAS NOT YET OCCURRED, AND TO ENSURE THAT THE BURDEN HOURS ACCURATELY REFLECT THE BURDEN ACTUALLY IMPOSED ON THE PUBLIC, AS REQUIRED BY THE PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT AND ITS IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS AT 5 CFR 1320.
