THIS CONDITION IS BEING CONTINUED FROM THE PREVIOUS CLEARANCE REQUEST AS IT HAS NOT YET OCCURRED, AND TO ENSURE THAT THE BURDEN HOURS ACCURATELY REFLECT THE BURDEN ACTUALLY IMPOSED ON THE PUBLIC, AS REQUIRED BY THE PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT AND ITS IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS AT 5 CFR 1320.
