The "JTPA Annual
Status Report Revision for Program Year 1988-89" package, as
revised by the Department and submitted to OMB on 2/25/88, is
approved. OMB has remaining concerns, however, with the "Total
Available Federal Funds" data element. At the time that DOL
resubmits this package for OMB review, the Department should
provide additional justification as to the need, purpose, and
practical utility for this item. The justification should also
include an assessment of other available sources for this
information.
