UI wage reconrds for setting performance standards, awarding
incentive funds, and imposing sanctions, discussed in the context

evaluation component regarding both the implementation process and
quantitative results. -- DOL shall determine the number of SDAs
that adjust for non-response bias through use of the DOL worksheet,
and shall report this informati in the next submission for
clearance of this report. -- DOL shall continue to devote resources
to improving SDA follow-up survey response rates, aiming for a goal
of 80 percent as the preferre threshold since this level meets
general statistical standards. -- Approval through February 1993
places this form on the same clearan schedule as the WAPR, both of
which will be phased out with the implementation of the Participant
Data System.
