We have extended
our approval of this proposed collection of informati through March
1988, as requested by the agency. In the final rule, the agency
shall completely justify the need for and practical utility of the
requirement to maintain records of the distribution of each uni
having an approval marking and shall have considered other options
which may provide the same benefit with less burden.
