We have extended
approval of the existing paperwork requirements through September
1989 to give the agency sufficient time to complete rulemaking
revising these requirements. We also file the following comments on
the proposed paperwork requirements. When the agency submits the
paperwork requirements in the final rule for OMB review under the
Paperwork Reduction Act, the agency shall summarize all comments in
the public record pertaining to each data element required to be
included in the mine ventilation plan and shall describe its
response. Also, the agency shall estimate in the paperwork package
for the final rule the burden associated with proposed 75.370(h),
which is incorrectly presented in this package.
