Abstract: THIS COLLECTION REQUEST COMBINES SEVERAL REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO PCB TRANSFORMERS THAT WERE FORMERLY CONTAINED IN SEPARATE ICRS.
