The Park use
surveys has been approved through March 1991, however, NPS should
submit a brief report to OMB at the end of each year summarizing
the use of the survey, any problems that have been found and what
NPS plans to do about them. Use of Mailback surveys is authorized
through April 1989. For the Great Basin survey, NPS agrees to: 1)
eliminate statement of confidentiality since there is a time period
when NPS would be required to release all information under a FOIA
request. 2) revise question 2 Perceptions Module to specify that
the question pertains to preferences.
