Abstract: OSHA PLACES REQUIREMENTS UPON THE STATES WHICH IT FUNDS TO PROVIDE CONSULTATION TO EMPLOYERS TO ASSI THEM IN ACHIEVING A SAFE AND HEALTHFUL WORKPLACE. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE INTENDED TO ASSURE THAT THERE IS A UNIFORM STANDARD OF CONSULTATIO SERVICE PROVIDED IN ALL STATES NATIONWIDE. FOR EXAMPLE, ALL STATES AR REQUIRED TO PROVIDE EMPLOYERS WITH A WRITTEN REPORT OF THE CONSULTATION'S FINDINGS.
