Department wishes to collect this information, it should indicate
precisely how this information will be used by it, including the
submission to OMB of previously-prepared reports and analyses using
these data, and should request a collection periodicity that
conforms with demonstrated, specific programmatic needs. Within ten
working days of the receipt of OMB's "notice of action," the
Department must indicate to OMB the actions taken to comply with
this disapproval.
