collection does not contain the answers to questions required by
the instructions to the Standard Form 83. OMB is concerned that
this particular information collection has been submitted to OMB
improperly a number of times. The previous problems have included
1) a missing supporting statement 2) a supporting statement that
failed to answer the questions regarding statistical methods and 3)
a submission directly from the program official to the desk officer
that neither the senior NSF official nor his authorized
representative responsible for implementing the Paperwork Reduction
Act had signed.
