Abstract: GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT PUBLIC LAW 95-507 REQUIRES THAT CONTRACTS OVER $500,000 ($1 MILLION FOR CONSTRUCTION) CONTAIN A SUBCONTRACTING PLAN WITH GOALS FOR SUBCONTRACTING TO SMALL AND SMALL DISADVANTAGED FIRMS. THIS REPORT IS USED BY EXECUTIVE AGENCIES TO MONITOR THE FIRM'S PERFORMANCE AGAINST THE GOALS IN ITS PLAN.
