Abstract: STATES WILL PROVIDE DATA AND PROGRAM INFORMATION BIENNALLY TO ASSURE E THAT THEY HAVE AN ADEQUATE UNDERSTANDING OF (1) THEIR CURRENT HAZARDOU WASTE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL SYSTEM, (2) FUTURE CAPACITY NEEDS, AND (3) REALISTIC PLANS FOR MEETING LONG-TERM NEEDS. EPA WILL USE INFORMATION TO EVALUATE ADEQUACY OF SARA 104(K) ASSURANCES.
