Abstract: THE U.S. HAS EXPERIENCED A DRAMATIC INCREASE IN THE SURVIVAL OF LOW BIRTHWEIGHT INFANTS. THESES INFANTS ARE KNOWN TO BE AT RISK FOR LESS THAN OPTIMAL NEURODEVELOPMENT OUTCOMES. THIS STUDY INVESTIGATES THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOW BIRTHWEIGHT CHILDREN TO IDENTIFY THE CARE AND SERVICES WHICH THEY WILL NEED. THE TEACHER QUESTIONNAIRE WILL GATHER CRITIALLY NEEDED DATA ON THE UTILIZATION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES BY VLBW INFANTS AT SCHOOL AG
