Abstract: THE MMS COLLECTS PRODUCTION AND DISPOSITION DATA FROM LEASE AND PROCESSING PLANT OPERATORS FOR OIL AND GAS PRODUCED FROM LEASED FEDERAL AND INDIAN LAND AND THE OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF.
