public comment on adoption of the environmental reporting changes.

IN FULFILLING ITS OBLIGATION UNDER THE
NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT, THE COMMISSION COLLECTS
ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION FROM APPLICANTS WHOSE PROPOSALS TO
CONSTRUCT OR MODIFY COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES MAY HAVE A
SIGNIFICANT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT.
