Abstract: THIS REPORT IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE COMPLIANCE WITH TITLE VI OF ENTITIES ASSISTED BY EDA. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE IF THESE ENTITIES ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964 AND DEPARTMENTAL AND AGENCY REGULATIONS. THOSE ENTITIES CREATING OR SAVING LESS THAN 15 JOBS AS A RESULT OF EDA ASSISTANCE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS REPORT.
