Abstract: THIS FORM WILL BE USED TO COLLECT INFORMATION FROM NONIMMIGRANT STUDEN ATTENDING SCHOOL IN THE U.S. SO THAT INS CAN MONITOR THE STUDENTS IMMIGRATION STATUS AND ENSURE THAT THE STUDENTS DO NOT VIOLATE THE CONDITION IMPOSED BY THEIR NONIMMIGRANT STATUS WHILE ATTENDING SCHOOL. ALSO, TO DETERMINE IF AN ALIEN STUDENT IS ELIGIBLE FOR AN F-1 STUDENT VISA.
