Abstract: STATE ADMINISTERED PROGRAMS, VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION. THE REHABILITATION ACT OF 1973, AS AMENDED REQUIRES EACH STATE TO SUBMIT A STATE PLAN FOR VR SERVICES IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FEDERAL FUNDS (29 USC 721). THIS STATE PLAN IS THE BASIS UPON WHICH RSA MONITORS STATE VR AGENCY COMPLIANCE UNDER TITLE I OF THE ACT AND IMPLEMENTING REGULATION
