WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY MUST KEEP A WRITTEN OPERATING RECORD AT
HIS FACILITY. IT SHOULD INCLUDE A DESCRIPTION OF THE WASTE
MANAGEMENT, TYPE OF WASTE, EMERGENCIES, INSPECTIONS, AND CLOSURE
POSTCLOSURE COST ESTIMATES. THE OPERATING RECORD MUST BE OPEN FOR
INSPECTION AT ALL REASONABLE TIMES TO EPA. THE INFORMATION IS USED
BY EPA AND THE FACILITY TO ASSURE SAFE OPERATION OF THE
FACILITY.
