Abstract: THE OWNER OR OPERATOR OF A HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY MUST KE A WRITTEN OPERATING RECORD AT HIS FACILITY. IT SHOULD INCLUDE A DESCRIPTION OF THE WASTE MANAGEMENT, TYPE OF WASTE, EMERGENCIES, INSPECTIONS, AND CLOSURE/POST-CLOSURE CARE COST ESTIMATES. THE OPERATING RECORD MUST BE OPEN FOR INSPECTION AT ALL REASONABLE TIMES T EPA. THE INFORMATION IS USED BY EPA TO ASSURE SAFE OPERATION OF THE
