This ICR is
approved for one year on the condition that EPA prepare an
information requirements analysis for the 14 identified, related
RCRA ICRs. This analysis shall identify all duplicative or similar
information collections and all unnecessarily burdensome
requirements. During the evaluation of the information
requirements, EPA shall seek public input from affected respondents
to help identify existing information collection problems. EPA may
need to amend the RCRA regulations to implement any necessary
information reforms. Any previous, applicable terms of clearance
for this ICR also shall be considered before the ICR is
renewed.

FACILITY. IT SHOULD INCLUDE A DESCRIPTION OF THE WASTE MANAGEMENT,
TYPE OF WASTE, EMERGENCIES, INSPECTIONS, AND CLOSURE/POST-CLOSURE
CARE COST ESTIMATES. THE OPERATING RECORD MUST BE OPEN FOR
