Abstract: REQUIRES CANADIAN CHARTER AIR TAXI OPERATORS TO REGISTER WITH THE DEPARTMENT IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE REQUISITE AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT TRANSBORDER SERVICE BETWEEN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES. APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION WILL DEPEND ON WHETHER THE APPLICANT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE UNITED STATES - CANADA NONSCHEDULED AGREEMENT AND PART 294 OF THE DOT'S ECONOMIC REGULATIONS.
