INFORMATION RECEIVED ENABLES THE AIRCRAFT REGISTRY TO DETERMINE ELIGIBLITY OF APPLICANT TO RECEIVE DEALER'S CERTIFICATE AND ISSUE SAME TO CORRECT NAME AND ADDRESS.
