Abstract: THE ODOMETER DISCLOSURE STATEMENT WHICH IS REQUIRED BY 15 USC 1988 IS USED BY MOTOR VEHICLE TRANSFERORS AND LESSORS TO DETERMINE THE MILEAGE AND VALUE OF THE VEHICLES. THE DISCLOSURE IS MADE ON THE TITLE AND IN CERTAIN INSTANCES ON A SECURE POWER OF ATTORNEY FORM.
