Abstract: THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT IS DIRECTED BY CONGRESS TO ADMINISTER AN EXPORT RESTRICTION PROGRAM. FORM 5460-17 IS USED TO ADMINISTER THESE TIMBER EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. PURCHASERS OF BLM TIMBER SALES WHO ARE TIMBER EXPORTERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE FORM AS PART OF THE TIMBER SALE.
