Abstract: TITLE 43 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS, GROUPS 3700 AND 3800, PROVIDE PROCEDURES WHEREBY MINING CLAIMANTS EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS GRANTED BY THE MINING LAWS, ESTABLISH PROCEDURES TO PREVENT UNNECESSARY OR UNDUE DEGRADATION OR IMPAIRMENT OF PUBLIC LANDS UNDER WILDERNESS REVIEW FROM MINING OPERATIONS.
