Abstract: TITLE 43 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS GROUPS 3700 & 3800 PROVIDE PROCEDURES WHEREBY MINING CLAIMANTS EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS GRANTED BY T GENERAL MINING LAWS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS ARE NEED TO ALLOW THE BUREAU TO PROCESS BONDS LOCATION NOTICES, AFFIDAVITS OF ASSESSMENT WORK, MINERAL PATENT APPLICATIONS, AND TO INITIATE MINERAL CONTEST ACTIONS.
