Abstract: ALL NATIONAL BANKS MUST ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN PROCEDURES DESIGNED TO ASSURE AND MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE BANK SECRECY ACT. THIS ACTION IS REQUIRED BY THE ANTI-DRUG ABUSE ACT OF 1986, P.L. 99-570. THIS REGULATION IMPOSES MINIMUM RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS. NO UNDUE BURDEN IS IMPOSED.
