Abstract: THIS PACKAGE PROVIDES INSTRUCTIONS AND A FORM NECESSARY FOR STATES TO REPORT THE SETTINGS IN WHICH HANDICAPPED CHILDREN SERVED UNDER CHAPTER OF ESEA (SOP) RECEIVE SPECIAL EDUCATION AS RELATED SERVICES.
