Abstract: ARBITRATION, ADMINISTRATIVE PRACTICE, LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS' THIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS NEEDED SO THAT FMCS MAY SELECT HIGHLY QUALIFIED ARBITRATORS FOR IT'S ROSTER. THE INFORMATION ALSO ALLOWS PARTIES TO SELECT ARBITRATORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR PARTICULAR NEEDS. THE RESPONDENTS ARE PRIVATE CITIZENS WHO MAKE APPLICATION FOR APPOINTMENT THE FMCS ROSTER.
