Abstract: THE INTERSTATE CLAIMS BYPASS DATA EXCHANGE PROVIDES FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INTERSTATE CLAIMS COUNTS AND CLAIMANT CHARACTERISTICS AMONG THE STATES. THIS DATA IS NECESSARY TO THE OPERATION OF THE INTERSTATE BENEFIT PROGRAM AND IS NEEDED FOR THE ETA 5-39, ETA 5-159 AND ES 203 REPORTS. THIS EXCHANGE DOES NOT INVOLVE THE COLLECTION OF ANY NEW DATA.
