between States is purely a State-to-State transfer of information,
whi produces data that is then reported to DOL under one of several
approved forms. DOL shall describe these exchanges as part of
future submissions for those approved forms, and shall incorporate
the burden that had been allocated to this collection as
appropriate into the burden estimates for those forms at that
time.
