The new Forms
500, 501, 600, and 601 are approved for three years under the OMB
control number 1212-0036 with an expiration date of October 31,
1992. The old Forms, 444, 445, and 5310, will continue to be
approved under the same OMB control number, 1212-0036, until
January 31, 1990 at which time they shall expire. After January of
1990 only the 500, 501, 600, and 601 Forms shall be used to file
for plan terminations under the Single-Employer Pension Plan
Amendments Act of 1986 and the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of
1987.
