Abstract: THE PROPOSED DOCUMENT COLLECTION IS NECESSARY FOR PROPER MONITORING OF EXCHANGES OF FUTURES PHYSICALS. RECORDS OF CUSTOMER CASH TRANSACTIONS, NOW DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN EFFICIENTLY, WOULD BE USED TO MONITOR AND ENSURE THE BONA FIDES OF EFP'S. RESPONDENTS ARE FUTURES COMMISSION MERCHANTS, INTRODUCING BROKERS, CONTRACT MARKET MEMBERS, AND THEIR CUSTOMERS.
