A matter of
continuing concern is the extent to which this reporting
requirement duplicates information required by the Toxic Chemical
Release Inventory form administered by the Office of Toxic
Substances and the Toxic Release Inventory (Form R) administered by
the Office of Solid Waste. The duplicity between these forms will
closely examined during future reviews of this form.
