with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this collection of
information is approved through December 31, 1990. By June 1, 1990,
AID should submit a report to OIRA which includes: results of
direct consultations with grantees on the burdens of reporting
under Handbook 13, investigation of the actual use and burden of
the travel itinerary information required under AID's system for
clearance of visits by grantees, and an explanation of the Agency's
efforts to meet the principles of the PRA, in particular efforts to
ensure the practical utility of information collected and the
minimization of burden.
