In responding to
OMB's request for a burden estimate of the time needed to supply
copies of contracts, deeds, agreements, notices, covenents,
restrictions and reservations, HUD has indicated that the supply of
these documents is essentially burdenless, but has provided no
evidence to support this contention. Consequently, OMB is adding
450 hours of burden to the estimate of annual burden for this
information collection to account for the time needed to provide
copies of these documents to HUD. If HUD would like to obtain a
revised burden estimate, it must provide some proof of the burden
associated with providing these documents.
