Terms of Clearance: Because HUD has failed to respond to the previous terms of clearance, OMB has prorated the burden hour adjustment claimed to reflect the reduction in land sales activity. However, OMB has not given HUD the full reduction to account for the burden supplying documents along with completing this form (see previous terms).
