Abstract: THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES GRANTS TO CITIES, COUNTIES, STATES, AND TERRITORIES FOR THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES RELATING TO EMERGENC SHELTER FOR THE HOMELESS: RENOVATION, REHABILITATION, OR CONVERSION OF BUILDINGS, SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, AND MAINTENANCE, OPERATION (OTHER THAN STAFF) INSURANCE, UTILITIES, AND FURNISHINGS.
