In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this information
collection is approved until November 1, 1990. Should the
Department choose to resubmit this information collection for
clearance at that time, the agency shall include in the
justification the following: (1) revisions concerning the burden
estimates and justifications of the collections described as having
less than ten respondents. (Since these are contained in
regulations as well as covering most of an industry these
collections are not exempt from PRA), (2) revision of the burden
estimates to more accurately reflect the true time required by
respondents to collect the information, as well as the time
required for recordkeeping, (3) a list of respondents who have been
consulted regarding the information collection and the agencies
response to any concerns they may have raised, (4) all forms
associated with this OMB number.
