Terms of Clearance: We have once again extended approval of the existing paperwork requirements to allow time for the completion of the final rule on ventilation in underground coal mines. As MSHA expects to publish the final rule at the end of 1990, we have continued the existing approval through January, 1991. Please see previous approvals for comments on the proposed paperwork requirements.
