Abstract: FERC-570, RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN SALES OF NATURAL GAS, BOOKS, RECORDS AND CONTRACTS MUST BE RETAINED BY THE SELLER FOR THREE YEARS TO ENABLE FERC TO AUDIT: (1) IF CERTAIN SALES UNDER THE NPGA ARE REGULATED OR DEREGULATED, AND (2) TO AUDIT SALES FOR COMPLIANCE WITH MAXIMUM CEILING PRICE PERMITTED. RM89-16 IS PROPOSED TO AMEND FERC REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT DECONTROL ACT.
