Abstract: FERC-532 INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE RATES AND CHARGES RECEIVED B LARGE PRODUCERS OF NATURAL GAS DEDICATED TO INTERSTATE COMMERCE. AFTER AN NGA SECTION 7(C) CERTIFICATE IS ISSUED, AN INITIAL RATE SCHEDULE IS REQUIRED. RATE SCHEDULE CANCELLATION IS ISSUED WHEN ABANDONMENT AUTHORIZATION IS ISSUED. RM89-16 IS A PROPOSED RULEMAKING TO AMEND THE COMMISSION'S REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT DECONTROL ACT.
