Abstract: FERC-568 COLLECTS INFORMATION UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF NGPA OF 1978 FOR JURISDICTIONAL DETERMINATIONS OF 4 CATEGORIES OF NATURAL GAS (1) NEW NATURAL GAS AND NEW RESERVOIR OF OLD OCS LEASES, (2) NEW ONSHORE PRODUCTION WELLS, (3) HIGH COST NATURAL GAS, AND (4) STRIPPER WELL GAS. RM89-16 IS PROPOSED TO AMEND FERC REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE NATURAL GAS WELLHEAD DECONTROL ACT OF 1989.
